Yes, most likely....thanks to you for posting the ADA web-site which lead me to a school that offers the courses at night (all except one experience class).
I plan to meet with the director to review what I would need to take in order to qualify. She mentioned about being able to take graduate level classes as well towards a Masters in Nutrition Education...not really sure about that.
The only drawback is the fact that the school is not in the city where I live and work so it would be a bit of a commute (well, about 35-45 minute drive) which is long to me but one night a week, I think it can be done. Plus she said I could take some classes at a community college, as well which would be a lot cheaper and convenient for me.
I am also encouraged by the fact that you started at age 30 or 31. I am about to turn 32 myself.
