I found out that you don't need another Bachelor's degree in PA to become an R.D., if you already have a Bacehlor's degree. As I think Mark mentioned in prior posts, this might vary state to state. Below is an e-mail from a Director at a Dietetic program in PA explaining their program: "You do not need an additional bachelors degree to attain verification of completion of the didactic program in dietetics and be eligible to apply for a dietetic internship. The reason is The Commission on Dietetics Education of the American Dietetic Association requires a bachelors degree and completion of the required courses for Verification. They do not specify what the degree is in. Our program is accredited by CADE which means they have agreed that the courses we require fulfill all the competencies they require for verification."
