Hi Mark,
This board is a tremendous resource, addressing the very issues I've struggled with in consideration of a nutrition career.

I was recently reading a brochure by a holistic practitioner who has a BS in Holistic Nutrition. Can you tell me what "holistic nutrition" is, and whether such a degree would have the same validity as a Nutrition degree?

It sounded neat to me, and I thought of pursuing such a degree if I ever found a place that offers it in NC.
