Thanks very much for the compliment. I find the board just as rewarding as you do.

Also, bear in mind the following:
1) I understand the CBNS (at cert-nutrition.org), who issues the Certified Nutritionist credential, requires a Master's Degree. I believe most states accept the CBNS standards for nutritionist.
2) Society tends to move incrementally. I foresee the market being dominated (for the next few years) by a demand to nutritionally treat patients with heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, GI disorders, etc. Eventually the market will make the larger shift to the prevention side, but that will take awhile. That could affect demand for your services.
