Subject:         Field clarification

Mark, could you please clarify the different types of degrees/certifications that are out there. I've been looking at this for quite awhile but am unsure that I want to persue a degree in nutrition per se. Most of the four year university based programs I've looked into have a lot of courses in resturant and hospital type food management that don't really interest me or have bearing on where I'd like to direct my career. Is this true across the board for 4-year type programs?? What else is out there? Thanks for your help!
