Claudine, It's not possible to assess the quality and adequacy of your fat intake over an internet connection. It doesn't sound harmful from your description, though. I've heard about the coconut disagreement too. I definitely don't think that coconut is a cure-all. I'm not familiar with the coconut research, and I'm not aware that any conclusion has yet been reached on the overall question of whether coconut is healthy or unhealthy, or raw vs. cooked.
