Well, I'll think about it.......I need to start adequately supporting myself first because I've been playing the poverty thing for too long now and its getting old. But who knows, maybe I can somehow have two careers. I would like to somehow become a positive model/influence in the health/vegan world.

OK, just curious on one question since I hear so much conflicting data on this. And fights over it too!! And that is fats. Just curious on your stance! I eat a decent amount (not excessive though) in the form of raw nuts, seeds, especially hemp and flax, some oils like hemp, flax, and EV olive oil, avocados, and raw young coconut. Is this harmful in the long run? I'm very thin, low blood pressure, but do have a family history of high cholesterol. And are RAW coconuts in moderation good/bad/indifferent?

Most of the old stuff talks about coconuts and saturated fats as harmful but the new stuff links raw coconuts, as simply put, the "cure all." Just curious where you stand on this. I can get research saying both yay and nah to added fats in general (except most agree on some EFA's) and exact opposite advice on coconuts. But the negatives seem to be geared towards studies of COOKED coconut and cooked fats in general. Of course in Jan, when I get my cholesterol rechecked, I'll know for sure!!
