Claudine, Congrats on graduating again! For someone already with a BA/BS, you may not have to get a degree in nutrition. In my state (state req'ments vary), the requirement is any degree, plus the core course requirements in nutrition, a business class, plus prereqs (such as org chem, anatomy & physiology, micro, biochem). I had to take 15 or 16 classes, which took 4 years because I was going part time. RE: repeating courses, that depends on the program. Some of your prior science courses may be adequate. RE: raw diets, I'd rather avoid it. But I'll answer one question. To keep the board on-topic, I won't provide any answers beyond that. Mark Rifkin, MS, RD
