Cathy, Let me clarify I support Campbell and his work. His research is a key component of the increasing credibility of the veg'n movement. I havent't done a thorough review of the Hallelujah Diet, although on first glance they include more raw food (85%) than I'm convinced is necessary or appropriate. Achieving even 50% raw would be an impractically huge task for 95% of the population. In addition, I could not find any nutrition professionals listed on their website. Having said that, let this be the last comment on the China Study, as this board is targeted toward professional careers in nutrition/related fields, not debating various aspects of vegan nutrition research.
