Morning, I just found these postings, great info. I am currently taking The Professional Nutrition Specialist Program online with Professional Career Development Institute. Are you telling me this is useless?
I plan on working towards a career of counseling people on a healthy way of transitioning from the "standard diet" to a vegetarian or vegan diet. What would be the best avenue for education to achieve that?
