Does nursing count? I'm contemplating a career change to nursing. I've seen an awful lot of fat nurses who I assume (perhaps incorrectly) are not vegan. As a vegan nonfat nurse, maybe I'd at least set an example for patients. On the other hand, once I go through menopause, maybe I'll be fat too.
