Veggie Girl makes a great point. I'm not too crazy about getting an RD, since that training tends to reinforce the interests of the corporate food production interests (meat/egg/dairy), even though it's rigorous and essential training.

Is there a program to become certified as an RD that focuses specifically on vegan approaches and info?
