Subject:         D'oh! Forgot to ask my Q....

I work at a University and can take classes pretty cheaply. What has prevented me from taking nutrition science classes is that they teach about the benefits of dairy etc (a friend of mine took a nutrition class on this campus). I was concerned I'd have to spend the whole time educating (or trying to) the educators instead of being taught something useful.

How did you find taking classes in an Omni. environment?
