Mark,

Could you elaborate on what exactly you mean by "Credentialed"? There are many, many programs out there where one can get a 'certification' in this, that, or the other (non-traditional education) and I am just not sure if you are specifically speaking about Registered Dieticians? If not, what other credentials fit the bill in terms of what your vision is for Veg Nutrition Professionals?
