One of the biggest barriers we face as a minority is adversarial language and an attitude that omnivores often find condescending or haughty. I agree that the language we use goes a long way toward normalizing vegan values and making them relevant to the majority.
Vegan nutrition education must embrace vegan values of tolerance and an effort to guide others rather than challenge them.
