Subject:	I saw this board today and I don't remember seeing it before...

Since there aren't any messages here, I'm not sure if this is an active board. But it is very interesting - because just the other day, I was discussing with my hubby that I should have been a nutritionalist. However, I wouldn't know the first step: what school degree is needed, how to focus just on vegetarian/vegan diet, etc.

So, I hope this board becomes active. I'll be watching.
