I like to eat lots and lots of all kinds of melons in the summer months.

Melons are high in vitamin A which is a fat soluble vitamin meaning that if I eat like 6-8 cups of melon throughout the day, and I eat that much melon 3-5 days a week, then am I getting a big overdose on vitamin A which can have detrimental, harmful effects on my body?

Thanks
