I dont consider bovine colustrum a food, let alone a healthy food for humans. While it is getting some attention for its potential benefit in treating Infectious Diarrhea and for sports performance, there is little evidence to support this and results of small studies are mixed at best. But that doesnt make it a healthy "food". The studies on sports performace have shown it can raise IGF-1 which may help in building muscle but also may increase growth rates of certain cancers.
