Creatine is used in the treatment of certain muscular, neuromuscular, and neuro-degenerative diseases. Creatine is also one of the more popular supplements used by bodybuilders as it is thought to increase strength and muscular endurance however the benefits are questionable.
It is true that creatine is mostly found in animal products, however it is not necessary to consume it as humans can synthesize cratine from three different amino acids - arginine, glycine, and methionine and store it in your muscle tissue. In Health Jeff
