Subject:         Blackstrap Molasses

I like to "supplement" with 1-2 tablespoons of blackstrap molasses daily, mostly for the calcium it contains. Is the calcium well absorbed? Does it matter whether the blackstrap molasses is taken on an empty stomach....are the minerals just as well absorbed?
