Today at lunch, a few of my friends were talking about a study they had read about soy being bad for boys because of the estrogen affect causing a hormonal imbalance. I think they said that the study was done on rats. Can you please verify this and/or give me some insight so that I can discuss this with them? I wasn't able to comment becuase I didn't have any information to the contrary, but I do know that there is a lot of soy-bashing on the Internet. I would like to refute what they said without coming across as defensive. They know that I have been vegan all my life (I am a teenager). Thanks!
