is it true that cooked foods are lacking enzymes and that they are poor nutrient foods compared to raw foods.

is one who eats a diet of all raw foods healthier than a person who eats a diet of all cooked, processed foods?

if cooked foods & processed foods are so lacking in nutrients and enzymes etc. then how does a person go on existing (functioning) on a diet like that
