all my girlfriend eats is various raw whole fruits and various green leafy raw salad leaves, cucumbers, celery is this a healthy way of eating and can a person eat this way for many many years without getting any nutrient deficiencies of any kind; and it doesn't seem like this kind of eating will provide her with enough protein and fats either. I would like to hear your opinion. thanks
