Sure. I am just talking about regular whole grains hot cereals, like Oatmeal, (or Irish Oatmeal), Barley, 7 Grain, Buckwheat, etc etc. You do not have to do anything special other than buy them and cook them, usually at a 1:2 ratio with water (1 cup whole grain, 2 cups water). If you were going to use Irish Oatmeal you could cook some up ahead of time and heat it each morning as you need it. In Health Jeff
