Hi Martha I would not consider any of the sugar substitutes as "healthy" nor do I see a reason to include them in ones diet. I do not recommend them at all. However, if you were to use any of them, I would suggest that you keep their use to a bare minimum, as that would be the real key, and use them only to help you eat more healthy food. If you were to do this, and really keep their use to as little as possible, I would doubt that any of them would present you with any harm, unless you personally reacted to any one of them In Health Jeff
