Any vegan foods that raise or lower LDL cholesterol?

I stick pretty well to a low fat vegan diet. No meat, dairy, or added fats. I got my triglyceride numbers down low by reducing sugar. My HDL is good and ranges from 45-50. But my LDL cholesterol still ranges a bit high at 110-130.
Are there any vegan foods to avoid because they raise LDL. Are there any vegan foods to eat more often because they lower LDL?
