As a 72 year old vegan/raw foodist I -as a Scandinavian - sometimes crave
cheese. Most alternative cheese products are pretty unedible and contain casein
(animal product), but I found a "vegan gourmet cheese alternative" distributed
by Follow Your Heart (vegan market and restaurant) and manufactured by Earth
Island,Chatsworth,CA.
Serving size 1 ounce (28 grams) Calories:80. Calories from Fat:70. Total Fat 8g
12%. Sodium 120mg.
I really enjoyed your speech, but I am horrible at math.
