Hi David While I am not sure any definitive studies and/or comparisons have been done on this issue.... ...Out of the two (frozen vs canned), I would definitely recommend frozen over canned. Frozen tend to be just the vegetable (or fruit) flash frozen the day it was picked with no added salt, sugar etc. Canned are heated to much higher temperatures in the canning process, and often have added salt, and/or sugar.
