While you are waiting for Jeff's reply, I thought I would share my favorite bar with you--Fabe's Organic Original Raw Life Bar. It is naturally sweetened (no refined sugars), 100% vegan, and is from raw organic nuts and seeds AND unsulfured fruits. It is a blend of dates, raisins, walnuts, almonds, coconut, poppy seeds, and oranges. It is truly delicious and I think nutritious.
