I recently purchased some "wraps" ie tortilla like things. They contained something called "modified palm oil". I wrote the company (Country Harvest, owned by Westons in Canada), and got a small amount of info. They take a trig. and shorten or snip out one of the fatty acids. Doesn't sound like the worst thing in the world, but I'd still like to get another opinion on this stuff.
