While pointing out these issues may have some benefit, the reality is, they are not the problem that is killing most people prematurely. Nor are they the cause of the lack of health amongst many vegans and vegetarians. A high intake of refined processed foods, saturated plant fats, hydrogenated and trans fat, sodium, refined sugars and an inactive lifestyle, are the real culprits.
Following a healthy diet and lifestyle as suggested by my guidelines, eliminated processed and refined foods, where this and other chemicals are founds, and limiting or avoiding soy, (as my posts below recommend) (which is usually consumed in a highly processed form, will go a lot further and make more rationaly sense then just trying to avoid any one chemical, as that does little to improve the rest of the persons diet/lifestyle.
many people put all their (or most of ) their attention on the effort to eliminate one chemical (ie, TCP, splenda, stevia, carageneen) yet the rest of their dietary intake and lifestyle is poor, at best.
Thanks for the info, but again, anyone following my recommendations would be hard pressed to find it in their diet at all.
