I was reading the ingredients of a popular soy milk and saw Tricalcium Phosphate. It's used in pickling metals. Some of the aeseptic packages have metal on the inside, right along with the soy milk and Tricalcium Phosphate contained within the soy milk. I read more info. regarding the chemical, and saw that it was used also in pickling metals and some form of inducing anemia. Some aseptic packaging has metal on the inside of the carton, and since Tricalcium Phosphate is used to pickle metals... I'm also worried about the induced anemia bit regarding Tricalcium Phosphate. Years ago, I tried a vegetarian diet, and became anemic and didn't have much of a better run this time either and wound up trying to supplement with vitamins. I'm not so sure that it's too off the subject to worry about one of the possible culprits of Vegetarian or Vegan Anemia, as Tricalcium Phosphate in certain foods.
