Hi Jeff,
Great forum. I've been eating a no refined foods 'low fat' vegan diet for a
few years now. Previous to that I was a vegetarian for 20 years, with occasional dairy, and added oils. It's been great. My BP has gone down to
normal or better, whereas before running 30 minutes every day didn't make a
difference (it was high normal previously).

The thing is, I'm enjoying food so much I pig out. I eat tons of my home
made whole grain bread (grind the grain myself), lots of fruit, vegetables, etc.
But I feel like a digestion machine sometimes. I wonder if I should take a day
off a day a week and go low calorie.

Any thoughts?
