surprise, surprise! :) You will often find salt added to frozen peas and beans, or mixes that contain either. That is usualy the only place you will see it. In some varieties it is a small amount, where the sodium is equal to or less than the calories, and sometimes it is a larger amount where it can be 2x the calories or more. I would recommend you compare the brands at your store and pick the one with the lowest amount of sodium Good Luck! Jef
