Hi Brian Thanks for your comments! Unfortunately, I can not address such personal health/medical concerns in a forum like this. If you want to talk further about the possibility of me working with you to address these important issue with you, you can contact me through my website.
I am curious as to whether or not you have ever been to a live in program and if so, what results did you have? I have seen many cases that seem more resistant in the real world, respond wonderfully in a controlled environment such as a live in program. It is much easier to control all the lifestyle factors, including stress, to see who well someone would respond in a more ideal environment. And, while stress is an important issue, heart disease rates fell during countries that experienced food rationing during war time, which was an extremely stressful time. I do not know of any evidence that says stress can be the main contributor to heart disease or what is called an "independent" risk factor. Maybe, it can be the proverbial straw that breaks the proverbial camels back, but then it is only a contributing co-factor of the event, but the system must have already been vulnerable from other lifestyle related "direct" risk factors. If you read the comments about the Arujina post (a few below this one), you will see my general view on supplements. Wishing you the best. In Health Jeff N
