I recently bought ayurvedic dietary supplement. the brand is called Nature's Formulary. I was wondering if i should continue taking it. This is what the bottle says: "In Ayurveda, Arjuna (bark) is used to support normal cardiac functions. This product pacifies Pitta and Kapha doshas, counteracting forces that increase the workload on the heart and decrease fat metabolism. Ayurveda believes good health can be achieved by balancing (or correcting imbalances) the elements of nature (doshas) present within us; Vata (air), Pitta (fire), Kapha (water). Our dietary supplements play an important role in balancing the doshas, when used as part of a holistic regimen including diet, exercise, massage, meditation, and life-style changes. Serving size: 2 capsules Arjune (terminalia arjuna) 60mg (Bark extract synergistically combined with 500 mg. bark powder) Other ingredients: Capsule (plant-derived Cellulose), Potato starch powder. Use 2 times daily with meals." What is your opinion on this, Novick?
