what do you think about microwave ovens? Are they safe to use? Or do they change the molecular structure of food in such a way that we should not be using them at all, not even to heat up a cup of water. Are newer microwaves any different from older models? In other words have they been improved on over the years making them safer to use? Thanks Jeff,
