I appreciate your input on this forum and your comments. It seems to me that these day people are more often looking for differences (And arguments) than commonalities. I have known Dr McDougall for decades and am honored to be working with him and his program. Veganism is a healthy option that many choose to make a way of life. The dietary principles I recommend are the least, mostly vegan, and if not all vegan. Animal foods are a personal choice that some may make but even if so, such be a very limited part of ones intake. Most people would do much better and be much better off, if they leaned more to a vegan or mostly plant based diet. In addition to my work with Dr McDougall, I will be teaching at a University to help developing a nutrition program, working with some non-profit health organizations (vegan based) and still doing coaching and consulting. Truth is always my goal, direction and my higher calling. Again, thanks for your comments. In Health Jeff
