In the organic freezer section, there is a brand called Utopia. The only one i've tried so far is the organic indian vegetable curry. I think i eat very healthy, and am trying to stay away from packaged food, but this i thought would be an acception. What are your thoughts Novick?

Ingredients: Organic whole wheat flour, Water, Organic whole grain brown rice, Organic butternut squash, Organic onions, Organic adzuki beans, Organic peas, Organic red bell peppers, Organic sunflower oil, Organic rice starch, Sea salt, Calcium carbonate, Yeast, Organic garlic, Organic spices, Organic tapioca syrup, Organic malted barley flour, Organic cumin, Organic coriander, Organic cardamom, Organic ginger, Organic red pepper, Citric acid.

The only reason why i question it is because it is microwavable and has the tapioca syrup, plus the sodium, but i don't eat hardly any salt at all.
