Thank you so much for this post. i recently suffered an attack of vetigo, was rushed to hospital, it was very scary to me. anyway i was so scared that they said i must have had an anxiety attack. when i checked in the next day with my doctor, he said i had an inner ear infection and prescribed me augmentin, days later i still had the vertigo and went back to see my doctor, a different doctor saw me and said exactly what you said, that it was fluid retention and that i should cut down on my salt intake. that was this morning. since i am new to this i would appreciate some leads on a good low sodium diet.
i hope never to go through that again. Ritamarie
