Subject:         Instant Gratification

is what I've been lacking this week! Okay, I'm new to this low-sodium, low-fat, low-sugar, lots of fruits/veggies eating style. This is my first week trial-run, and I'm starving, lol. I went to the grocery store, and was very discouraged by all the package labels on my favorite foods. I wander into the kitchen when I'm hungry and nibble on a few carrot sticks and then wander away again when I realize how much work it's going to take to rouse up something more substantial. I miss my Amy's convenience foods, and my cans of soup.....comfort food ready in 2 minutes! Help.
