Hi Jeff, First of all I'd like to thank you for all you do. Here is what I've been eating for breakfast: cold cereal ( whole grain, no additives) , soy milk, and fruit. But I realize the cereal is processed and the soy milk is 50% fat. Your comments, please, on what is the healthiest way to start the day? ( I was thinking about raw nuts, for a better quality fat, and fruit....)
