There are dietary habits that could effect sleep (ie, caffeine, overeating, GERD, etc) however, she should be properly evaluated. As in the other post, it is important for people with health problems to get properly evaluated and this is not the forum for it.

It is apparent by her symptoms that she has lots of room for improvement in her current diet and lifestyle.

If someone was to consume eggs, they should not consume the yolk, which is where all the cholesterol is. Eggs, or egg whites are not required in a optimally healthy diet.
