My mother has insomnia (she can fall asleep generally but after 2 to 3 hours she wakes up and has trouble falling to sleep again.). Do you have any diet/nutritional ideas to help with this? I should mention she did have bleeding stroke recently and also has isolated systolic hypertension. She already is on a low salt diet and take Lisinopril to control her blood pressure. She eats very little meat and does eat vegetables and fruits for the majority of her diet. She does consume white rice/brown rice since she is asian. By the way, what do you think about eating egg whites or the entire egg as part of a diet for someone with coronary artery disease? Thanks in advance. Brian
