Hi Jeff,

This is my first post in this forum. I was wondering, what do you think about stevia?. I don`t.I always buy the liquid stevia as it is maltodextrin free.
Currently I am taking more than usual ( almost daily with tea) as I am on a veggie carb free diet in order to control yeast overgrowth and it seems to be the only thing that can handle my fruit and whole grains cravings .
