Subject:         Overwhelmed

I get so overwhelmed by the amount of contradictory advice, and the volumes of "what's healthy, what's not healthy" literature circulating the nutritional world. I eat a moderately healthy diet, but it's definitely far from ideal. I would like to start taking steps to improve my daily diet, but I shut down in the sea of options. What sort of dietary improvements, literature do you recommend for a novice? I need to take baby-steps :) I'm already a vegetarian, so I have that checked off the list at least!
