Now, that you have provided these, can you share with us (me) how YOU best meet these criteria in your daily food choices. An example of a daily diet would be great. BTW.. be aware that you can meet all the criteria you mention, but if you still do not get in enough nutrients, you will suffer from nutrient related diseases (ie, osteoporosis). Thanks Jeff
