I never said you had to use the USDA values nor did I say I base my guidelines on them. the software I recommended allows you to enter in what you think are the best values. we can't do anything about USDA nutrient anslysis but there are studies that have been done on organic any other growing methods so you are welcome to use those results .

I agree about the WHO so you are welcome to use them or any other you want.

my guess is you do eat and eat according to what you believe to be the best criteria's for making food choises, whatever that may be.

since you did take the time to raise the issue why not take the time to also provide those who are here with your solutions to all these issues.
