Thanks for your comments. i'm aware of antinutrients in all plant parts - clearly there are less in fruits than in veggies (botanical definition), which was my point. i won't post a sample diet because i do not accept the usda figures for nutrient levels nor do i accept their rdi recommendations. the WHO guidelines are more accurate, from my research.
