No, I am not worried. The benefit clearly outweighs the risk. In fact, virtually every study ever done shows the more vegetable one eats, the lower the risk for most every disease. Besides, there isn't any plant food you can eat that doesn't have some anti-nutrients or toxins. Even fruits. If you would like to post a diet that you feel is ideal along with its complete intake and the complete analysis, I am sure we would all appreciate it. Thanks Jeff
